Natural Slate stone is known, for its natural beauty and its hard wearing factors, making it a very popular stone. Generally Slate tiles are either black or green, red and blue coloured. • Sealant – is a protector against spots and stains, as well as other contaminants that can cause permanent staining. Sealing the floor also makes on-going maintenance of the floor much easier. A topical sealer will add a coating to the tile, and leave a sheen finish.
• Impregnation – penetrates below the surface of the stone and grout. This reduces the porosity. We use a top quality impregnator and this acts as a repellent for any liquid or acidic based spills. Applying impregnator will give your stone/tile and grout a natural matt finish.
